How do I know that the writers are working for me?

At the end of the day the writer will send you the timesheet with details of the work that has been done. This will be in addition to the daily upload and status report that will be done at the end of the day. Thus, you will have multiple ways to track how the writer is spending time.

Can the writer work in my timezone?

Yes. We have a provision where the working timings of the writer have been modified that direct interaction can happen within your work hours. Please get in touch with your requirements and we will work something out.

How do I ensure quality of writers?

First of all, all writers are our full time employees. Thus, they had to go through rigorous interview and background check for landing the job. We run our own training institute called Indus Net Academy to provide missing skills and upgrade the knowledge in specialized area

Can your writers write Press Releases and Newsletter?

Yes. Our writers are trained to work on Press Releases and Newsletter. However, the writing of these will depend upon client's business processes.

How will I communicate with my writer?

We communicate over Email, Phone, Instant Messengers (gTalk, MSN, Skype, AOL and Yahoo). In some instances we have also used Basecamp for our clients.

Are these writers' freelancers or contractors?

No. Each writer is a full-time employee of Indus Net Technologies. Every writer is bound by contract to follow the company's policies regarding Intellectual Property, Security, Code of Conduct and any other aspects that may affect your work.

What is Full-time Hiring?

In this model you can hire out writer(s) from us at fixed monthly costs and treat them as your own extended employees. They are managed directly by you or the project manager at your end and ensure maximum efficiency, cost savings and control over the operations. Here is how it works:

  1. Each assigned individual works for you for 22 Days in a month and delivers a minimum of 176 hours of production.
  2. All the project management control lies with you.
  3. The communication between yourself and the writer can be handled through Email, Chat and Phone.
  4. The work is carried on between 9:30 AM - 6 PM (Mon - Fri) at our development centre in India.
  5. The invoice is sent to you at 30 days interval. Payment needs to be made in advance for the current month.
  6. The bill is reduced proportionately if the number of work days is less than 22 during any given month i.e. if a writer works only for 11 days then you have to pay only half the fees.
  7. If the number of work days is more than 22 for any given month then the billing remains the same i.e. if you get 23 work days between 1 - 31 of any month then you enjoy the remaining 1 day totally free of all costs.
  8. No deduction is made if the writer has delivered 176 hours in any given month.

What is Part-time Hiring?

This model is same as full-time hiring but only this time the writer is allocated for 88 hrs in a month. Here is how it works:

  1. Each assigned individual works for you for 22 Days in a month and delivers a minimum of 88 hours of production.
  2. All the project management control lies with you.
  3. The communication between yourself and the programmer can be handled through Email, Chat and Phone.
  4. The work is carried on between 9:30 AM - 6 PM (Mon - Fri) at our development centre in India.
  5. The invoice is sent to you at 30 days interval. Payment needs to be made in advance for the current month.
  6. Deduction is made proportionately if less than 88 hours is delivered in any given month.

What is Hourly Hiring?

This is a "pay-as-you-go" model in which you need to pay on hourly basis. This is also known as "Time and Materials" model.

How do I Test your services?

The best way to test drive our service is to hire a writer for part-time basis or buy 10 hours of services. We do not offer free trials.

What methods of Payments do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal, Wire Transfer and Credit Card. You account manager will give you exact details of each of these methods.

Can I hire more than one writer?

Yes. You can hire more than one writer.

Yes. We can provide references in Americas, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia.

What if I do not like the writer?

If you are unhappy with the writer, you can notify us and we will take immediate steps to take him off your projects and we will also provide you with a replacement ASAP.

What happens when the writer leaves your organization?

We have a policy of 30 days notice period and in that time we will do all the knowledge transfer and provide a replacement. Moreover, the project manager at our end will ensure that your work is not affected by such activities.

Are there any additional costs?

There are no additional costs except for what has been specified on the website.

Can I switch between billing models?

There is always room for flexibility and open discussions and we do accommodate requests to change billing models.

The daily updates are given to you by the writer directly as per your desired medium.
